SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY
Important: Before making a purchase, please review all International Service disruptions on the USPS website here.
- All physical orders will be shipped out from the United States via USPS or UPS, using Pirateship service, with tracked shipping.
- International orders - Import duties, taxes, and other similar charges are not included in the orders. If requested, we will do our best to mark your order as a Gift, but it is not a 100% guarantee that it will avoid incurred fees. These extra charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine the additional costs before purchasing.
- Physical packages and Digital orders will be sent within 1 week after of placing your order during our leftovers phase.
PDFs often end up in your junk folder, so please check there first. Otherwise, please send us an email if you still have not received anything from us.
SHIPPING ESTIMATES
The information below is a rough estimate.
United States: Approx. delivery 1-2 weeks after sending packages out
International: Approx. delivery 2-9 weeks after sending packages out
You will receive tracking information as soon as your package ships.
Please note that these are shipping estimates. Shipping and delivery times can vary by country and postal service, and may be delayed. Please check your tracking number to follow your package.
If a package seems stuck or you cannot find your tracking number, don't hesitate to reach out to us as soon as possible. Do not wait until the last minute to send us an inquiry.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- Shipping and delivery delays may occur due to shipping complications, inclement weather, or cultural holidays. We will announce any delays on our social media accounts.
- All sales are final after orders have been shipped. We will issue a full refund only if your order has not yet shipped. Please provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email, email address, order number, and full name the order is under) when requesting a refund.
- Please carefully review all item descriptions before purchasing. Once orders have been shipped, they are out of our control. We provide tracking numbers for all shipped orders. The buyer is responsible for tracking their order once it’s shipped.
We will also issue an announcement when all orders are shipped. Be sure to check your junk email as well as often messages can land there. - All items will be securely packaged in bubble mailers. We are not liable for damages or theft of packages during shipping, transit, or handling. Please send us any inquiries, and we can address any issues with your order.
- Exchanges are only applicable if we send the wrong order by mistake or your order is missing an item, and if we have the missing item still in stock. Please provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email, order number, email address, and full name the order is under) when requesting an exchange.
- Packages returned to sender due to customer negligence (wrong address given, the customer did not notify us of the change in address, failure to pick up the package, etc.) will only be reshipped or refunded if the buyer pays for shipping again.
FAQ
Q: Where are you shipping from?
A: We will be shipping from the United States of America.
Q: Are you shipping worldwide?
A: We will ship worldwide as long as there are no International Service Suspensions currently active for that country. Please be sure to review this prior to purchasing. If we find issues sending packages to your country, we will send notification via email and can work out shipping alternatives or a refund.
Q: Do you ship to the EU/UK?
A: Yes, we ship to the EU and the UK, but please note that any import duties and fees incurred upon receiving the package will be the purchaser's responsibility.
