SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY

Important: Before making a purchase, please review all International Service disruptions on the USPS website here.

  1. Please note that items purchased from our shop are on preorder and made to produce. Your order will be shipped to you after preorders have closed and merch production completed (~1-3 months). Estimated shipping of orders will begin in March 2025, barring unforeseen circumstances or production delays.

  2. All physical orders (domestic and international) will be shipped out from the United States via USPS or UPS, using Pirateship service, with tracked shipping.

  3. International orders - Import duties, taxes, and other similar charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. If requested, we can make a note that this is a Gift. These extra charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

  4. Digital PDFs will be emailed within 1 month after all physical preorder bundles have been shipped out.

    Often, digital PDFs can land in your junk folder, so please be sure to check there first. Otherwise, please send us an email if you still have not received anything from us.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

The information below is a rough estimate.

United States: Approx. delivery 1-2 weeks after sending packages out

International: Approx. delivery 2-9 weeks after sending packages out

You will receive tracking information as soon as your package has been shipped.

Please note that these are shipping estimates. Shipping and delivery times can vary by country and postal service or if there are any delays. Please check your tracking number to keep track of your package.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Shipping and delivery delays may occur due to COVID-19, production issues, shipping complications, increased lead times, and cultural holidays. We will announce on our social media accounts if there are any delays.

  2. All sales are final after orders have been shipped. We will only issue a full refund if your order has yet to ship. Please provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email, order number, and full name the order is under) when requesting a refund.

  3. Please carefully review all item descriptions before purchasing. Once orders have been shipped, they are out of our control. We provide tracking numbers for all shipped orders. The buyer is responsible for keeping track of their order once it’s shipped.

  4. All items will be securely packaged in bubble mailers. We are not liable for damage during shipping, transit, or handling.

  5. We are not liable for stolen packages during shipping, transit, and handling. Orders can be reshipped, if stock is available, upon purchasing again. Please send us an email directly to work with you on this.

  6. Exchanges are only applicable if we send the wrong order by mistake or an incomplete order. Please provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email, order number, and full name the order is under) when requesting an exchange.

  7. Packages returned to sender due to customer negligence (wrong address given, the customer did not notify us of the change in address, failure to pick up the package, etc.) will only be reshipped or refunded if the buyer pays for shipping again.

  8. The Sasusaku zine mod team reserves the right to cancel or refund a buyer's order if the buyer violates the above policies.

FAQ

Q: Where are you shipping from?

A: We will be shipping from the United States of America.

Q: Are you shipping worldwide?

A: We will ship worldwide as long as there are no International Service Suspensions currently active for that country. Please be sure to review this prior to purchasing. If we find issues sending packages to your country, we will send notification via email and can work out shipping alternatives or a refund.

 

Q: What will happen if packages are either damaged or lost?

A: All physical orders have tracked shipping. We are not liable for stolen or damaged packages during shipping, transit, and handling.

Q: What currency do you use?

A: All prices are in USD.

Q: Do you ship to the EU/UK?

A: Yes, we ship to the EU and the UK, but please note that any import duties and fees incurred upon receiving the package will be the purchaser's responsibility.

Q: Do you allow group orders?

A: Yes, we allow group orders. Please see the group orders page for more information.
